At first, I tried to ignore it, convincing myself that I should just be grateful for what I had. But the truth was, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was living someone else’s story.

Leaving my teaching career was terrifying, the idea of stepping away from a life I had worked so hard to build without a clear plan of what came next. All I knew was that I had to follow my heart, even if it meant stepping into the unknown.
