My journaling practice is where I get to truly be myself. It is where I get to practice deep acceptance.
Journaling has also been my power tool of self-expression. I grew up in a family where I didn't really learn how to express myself. I was taught to listen. I was taught other people's ideas about things but never how to cultivate and articulate my own. My journal became a place where I could safely express my curiosities, experiences, and thoughts about myself, the world, and my relationships.
I'm sharing with you the tools that changed the game for me, from being overwhelmed, doubtful, and unsure of who I am and what I desire to feeling ease in my mind and acceptance for where I'm at, and feeling successful and free from my own inner battles.
These are the strategies I continue to use daily to take the stress and overwhelm out of creating a successful coaching business.
I'm excited for you to go within and get to know the magic of you!
